Fitrah Recovery is an information platform for functional bloodwork interpretation. We help you read your own lab values against functional-medicine ranges, recognise patterns, and suggest actions to discuss with your doctor.

We are not a medical care provider. We do not diagnose. We do not prescribe medication. We do not replace consultation with your GP or specialist. Our output is information, not medical advice.

Functional Blood Insight: €49 one-off. Functional re-read of your uploaded bloodwork, dominant patterns, action menu, retest timing.

Bio Scan: €179 one-off (in build). Profile-specific dossier with human review.

Our reports and recommendations are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified clinician. For acute complaints, alarm symptoms or medical doubt: contact your GP, emergency service or your country's emergency number.

Recommendations on diet, supplements or lifestyle are general information. Do not apply anything without coordination with your treating physician if you are on medication, pregnant, lactating, have a chronic condition, or are under 18.

You are 18 or older and provide accurate information during intake and upload. Inaccurate input gives inaccurate output.

You do not share your report as a healthcare product to third parties. You do not use the platform commercially without express written permission.

No scraping, no reverse engineering, no automated load on the platform.

Our reports are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once performance has started, provided you expressly agree.

On every purchase you tick before payment: 'I agree that performance starts immediately and I lose my right of withdrawal once the report is generated.' No tick, no purchase.

Before delivery: fully refundable on request. After delivery: not refundable due to digital nature, except in case of demonstrable technical failure on our side.

Payments via Stripe. We receive only transaction metadata, no card data.

Fitrah Full Recovery is invoiced manually; no Stripe link on the waitlist form.

The platform, pattern engine, texts, UI and naming (including 'Fitrah Recovery', 'Avicenna Engine') are ours. No copying, no reselling.

Your uploaded data and report output remain yours. We hold a licence to use your anonymised data to improve the pattern engine. Account deletion revokes that licence.

To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability to the amount you paid for the specific purchase.

We are not liable for damages from self-selected application of recommendations without physician coordination, from inaccurate lab values in your upload, or from changes in your health status. Not limited: intent, gross negligence, bodily injury where law mandates.

You can delete your account yourself via your profile page (GDPR Article 17). We may terminate an account on serious or repeated breach of these terms, after warning where reasonable.

Belgian law applies to this agreement. Disputes are subject to the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your EU country of residence.

For consumer disputes you may also use the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
