Your blood results are fine. So why don't you feel fine?
Example with made-up values: five blood values the lab considers fine. Against the Avicenna optimum, ferritin, transferrin saturation and vitamin B12 fall below it; CRP and fasting glucose fall within it. The three below it are at the top, in the order in which to have them looked into.
The lab checks whether your values fall within its limits. We check whether they sit where your body works best, against the Avicenna optimum, our own standard, built on guidelines and research.
Coming soon, free: which blood values to have measured for your symptoms, and how to ask your doctor for them. Those who sign up get first access.
Where people get stuck
- Not tired now and then. Tired always, while your TSH is normal.
- Your hair comes out in handfuls, and a ferritin of 18 is “normal”.
- You were treated for H. pylori, but whether it is really gone, you do not know.
- You take iron and it stays low. Which form suits you depends on more than the dose.
- You cut out one thing after another and it helped. Now you do not know what you may ever eat again.
These are not separate complaints, they are patterns. We look beyond a single value and read them from your blood values and from what you tell us. Below you see, in four steps, where you can start.
What we offer
Four steps to clarity
Start where you are; each step builds on the previous one.
Bloodwork Compass
FreeWho it is for
Symptoms, and no idea which blood values to have measured.
What you get
Always tired, hair falling out, iron that stays low, and you don't know what to have measured? You get the blood values that belong with your symptoms, with the reason, and an overview for your doctor. We also ask about your medication and supplements, because they can affect a result. If there is a warning sign, we send you to your doctor first.

Functional Blood Insight
Who it is for
A result called “normal”, while you don't feel that way.
What you get
Told “everything is normal”, but it doesn't feel that way? A lab report puts each value next to a limit on its own. In the Functional Blood Insight you get them back together, by group such as your iron or your thyroid, with your symptoms, medication and supplements included, against the Avicenna optimum. Values can hide one another, so that everything looks fine. If a value is missing for the full picture, such as free T4 next to your TSH, it says which one, and what to have checked first.
Sample · Functional Blood Insight
Per marker, you get this back
Lab range, Avicenna optimum, your value, and what the pattern says.
Vitamin D3
26 ng/mL
Lab range
30 to 100 ng/mL
Avicenna optimum
30 to 50 ng/mL
Pattern
Fatigue cluster, below the optimum.
Question we formulate for you
“My vitamin D is 26 ng/mL, below the lab's lower limit of 30, and I've been tired for months. Could we discuss how I top it up, and when we measure again to see whether my level rises?”
In addition, Functional Blood Insight gives you per report: the connections between all your markers, which values are still missing, and your next steps, in order.
One value, three people
Ferritin 45 ng/mL
Lab range 12 to 300. All three were told their blood was normal.
Fatigue
target > 50
Five points short. Normal on paper.
Hair loss
target 40 to 70
Within what studies call adequate, though the evidence is weaker here. Same result, different story.
Restless legs
target > 75
Thirty points short, at a value well above the lower limit.
The same result three times. A different answer three times.
The number is not your answer. It is the starting point.
Whether your 45 means a deficiency or inflammation depends on your transferrin saturation, your CRP and the rest of your panel. Functional Blood Insight reads that connection; which form of iron suits you is set out in the Blueprint.
Several values and symptoms that seem connected?
Fitrah Synthesis
Who it is for
Several values and symptoms, and the question of how they connect.
What you get
Your values tell only half the story. The other half only you know: what you feel, since when, and what you have already tried. In your personal report the two come together: what connects and why. So you see the whole picture, instead of loose pieces. Reviewed and signed by the founder, as a quality check.

Want the plan as well?
Fitrah Recovery Journey
Limited placesWho it is for
For anyone who wants a plan as well: what you eat and which supplements you take.
What you get
A plan for what you eat and which supplements you take, based on your own values, not a list that is the same for everyone. It starts from where you are now: what you already take, what you tolerate and what you want to achieve, even with several complaints at once, without lists that contradict each other. Tailored supplements, with when and how to take them for good absorption. In the right order and in phases with an end, and a new test shows how your values move. Already seeing a dietitian or doctor? The plan can sit alongside, and they are welcome to look at it, so you don't follow two plans that clash. Only your doctor changes your medication. Personally guided, for a small group at a time.

What we do differently
Order. We tell you what comes first and what comes after, because one step only makes sense after another.
Sex, age and cycle matter. Where research supports it, the Avicenna optimum moves with who you are, with your sex, age and cycle.
Carefully curated. Our model works with fixed rules that we research ourselves in guidelines and studies.
Independent. No investors and no sponsorship from pharmaceutical companies. What we recommend follows from your values and our rules.
We keep growing. What we can read keeps expanding. What we cannot read yet, we keep track of, and it weighs in what we add next. If your situation still falls outside it, let us know via the contact address below.
- That's how many different values we can read. For most of them we have an Avicenna optimum, so you see more than just the lab's limit.
- 184
- Not 'test everything', but which test makes sense first for your picture, and which next: that many worked-out sequences.
- 100
- What can't wait comes first: that's how many warning signs we recognise.
- 32
- That many publications from the medical literature in our knowledge base, each one checked: they exist and have not been retracted.

Frequently asked questions
Who is this for?
For people who do not feel well while their blood results come back “fine”: fatigue, hair loss, gut complaints, cycle complaints and the like. That is what we are building for. Do you have a serious illness, or warning signs such as blood in your stool or unexplained weight loss? Then see your doctor first, and do not wait.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. A diagnosis is made by your doctor, and we do not replace a doctor. What we do, step by step: read your values against the Avicenna optimum, show what connects and why, tell you what to have measured first, and in the Recovery Journey a tailored plan for what you eat, what you take and when.
When is this available?
We are working hard to go live as soon as possible, starting with the free Bloodwork Compass. Leave your email address and you will be the first to know.
What does it cost?
The Bloodwork Compass is free. We will announce the prices of the other steps at launch.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays yours. No resale, unsubscribe anytime. We store only what is needed to deliver your analysis.
Do you draw blood or sell supplements?
No, neither. We interpret existing lab reports. For blood draws, go to your clinician or an independent lab. On supplements we do advise: the Blueprint in the Fitrah Recovery Journey sets out which form and which order suit your picture, and what is better not taken together.
Leave your email address: you get first access to the free Bloodwork Compass, and we keep you posted.
