The focus is on the work, not the person. For supervisory authorities and legal correspondence, the registered legal entity is the point of contact.

Once the upload goes live, your lab sheet will be read by an AI model for text recognition (Google Gemini, processed in the EU). The reading itself does not use AI: a fixed calculation engine with rules and sources selects from pre-written texts. We use AI as a writing aid for those texts; every text is reviewed. For Fitrah Synthesis and Fitrah Recovery Journey, a person reviews everything before delivery.

We do not use AI systems in the high-risk category of the EU AI Act. Our output is information, not an automated medical decision with legal effect.
