THE FOUNDER

Zakaria.

Systems thinker.

My work in the corporate world has always been about decoding complex systems. One day I thought, why not apply that to the most interesting system there is. My own body.

Zakaria is a data architect and business consultant. He works for large organisations, including pharma environments, helping integrate data architectures and surface the patterns that stay hidden in fragmented reports. The kind of work that takes patience, and the kind of mind that loves puzzles.

The step into human biology came from curiosity, not from illness. What makes someone functionally not quite themselves? What story does an out-of-range bloodmarker tell, together with how someone sleeps, trains, or eats day to day? He loves rest, nature, and sport. Wanted to go from fit to genuinely sharp, and wanted to crack the code of his own biology, step by step.

What started as a puzzle became a method. A method that also worked for people around him. People with chronic gut conditions whose GP had no further plan. People walking around with under-performing thyroids while their labs said “within range”. People who lived for years with complaints nobody connected.

Fitrah Recovery is what he built. Not as a doctor, not as a dietitian. As a systems thinker who likes explaining how pieces connect. For two kinds of people: those who want back from suboptimal to fit, and those who want forward from fit to genuinely sharp. Both paths run through the same route.

THE MISSION

Restoring insight.

Conventional care is built for acute issues. For a broken leg, a pneumonia, a sudden pain, the system works well. For chronic, layered complaints, a layer is often missing: the pattern across your full bloodwork, your lifestyle, your context. That missing piece is where Fitrah Recovery works.

Too many people function in society but suffer in silence. People sent from one specialist to another because their bloodwork falls within the standard range, while their system is asking for something else. People told it must be in their head. People walking out the door with a label, and standing alone afterwards with a pill bottle and no plan.

At the same time, not everyone who comes here is ill. Many come because they are already fit and want to know where their actual ceiling is. Which bloodmarkers gate their energy, their output, their resilience? Both paths, back-from-suboptimal and forward-to-sharp, run through the same route.

The Avicenna Engine™ reads your bloodwork in Avicenna optimum context, recognises patterns that run across markers, and builds a reading guide based on what we see often in similar cases. We work independently of producers and industry. We do not replace your doctor. We add the pattern work that cannot be built in a short consult.

We sequence the recovery. In your order, based on your data. Not suppressing symptoms, but recognising patterns of imbalance and step by step returning to the natural state of balance.
